These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Orvone, including its mobile applications, websites, services, and related platforms (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using Orvone, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. LEGAL STATUS & APPLICABILITY
Orvone operates as a service facilitation and coordination platform, providing services primarily executed within Pakistan and offered to users globally, including users located in the United States.
These Terms are drafted in accordance with:
- Applicable laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and
- Applicable United States consumer protection principles, including non-waivable consumer rights under U.S. federal and state laws
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be legally waived under applicable law.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
- Users must be 18 years or older, or have valid parental/guardian consent
- Users agree to provide accurate, lawful, and complete information
- Users are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials
- All actions performed through a user account are deemed authorized
- Unauthorized use must be reported immediately
3. NATURE OF ORVONE SERVICES
Orvone acts strictly as a coordinator, facilitator, and execution manager. Orvone is not:
- A government authority
- A law firm
- A courier/shipping company
- A medical provider
- A financial institution
All services are provided through verified agents, instructors, vendors, or third-party providers.
4. SERVICE CATEGORIES
4.1 Local Services (Within Pakistan)
Includes family support, documentation coordination, property oversight, errands, and related assistance.
Legal Limitation: Services requiring physical presence, biometric verification, or personal appearance cannot be performed remotely.
4.2 International Services (Shop & Ship)
Orvone purchases goods on behalf of users. Product quality and warranties remain the responsibility of the original vendor. Delivery timelines are estimates only.
4.3 Education Services
Educational services are provided by independent instructors. Orvone does not guarantee academic results or certifications.
4.4 Charity & Donations
Orvone facilitates charitable execution. Donations are tracked separately from revenue. Orvone is not a regulatory or religious authority.
5. PAYMENTS, FEES & PRICING
- Payments include actual product/service cost plus Orvone coordination fees
- Execution begins only after confirmed receipt of funds
- Currency conversions are handled by third-party payment providers
6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Services that are custom, personalized, or already executed are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours. Shipping, logistics, or customs delays are not valid grounds for refunds. Where U.S. consumer laws mandate refunds, Orvone will comply.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (INTERNATIONAL SERVICES)
Orvone facilitates delivery through trusted third-party logistics providers, including but not limited to DHL and FedEx.
Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines typically range from 3 to 10 business days (international) but are not guaranteed.
External Factors
Delivery may be affected by customs clearance procedures, airline and logistics delays, weather conditions, or regulatory restrictions.
Limitation of Responsibility
Orvone is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by courier services (including DHL and FedEx), customs authorities, or other third-party logistics providers.
Transfer of Responsibility
Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the respective logistics provider.
Coordination Support
Orvone will provide reasonable assistance in tracking and coordination but does not guarantee delivery outcomes controlled by third parties.
8. USER CONDUCT
Users must not request illegal or unsafe services, misuse the Platform, or harass Orvone staff. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
9. DATA PROTECTION, CYBERSECURITY & BREACH NOTICE
Orvone implements reasonable safeguards to protect user data in accordance with Pakistan and U.S. standards. In case of a data breach, Orvone will take appropriate measures and notify users where required by law. Orvone is not liable for breaches beyond reasonable control.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials are the property of Orvone or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
11. THIRD-PARTY DEPENDENCIES
Orvone relies on third parties including vendors, couriers, instructors, and payment providers. Orvone is not liable for third-party failures but will provide reasonable coordination support.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the service fee paid.
13. MODIFICATION OF TERMS & SERVICES
Orvone may update these Terms or modify services at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
14. TERMINATION
Orvone may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, fraud or abuse is suspected, or if required by law.
15. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Users in the United States retain mandatory consumer rights. Parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal proceedings.
