1 International Shipping

Orvone uses trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and other international shipping providers to deliver orders worldwide.

Orvone is not affiliated with or officially partnered with these courier companies.

1.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for international shipments is 3–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • Shipping service selected
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Shipment size and weight

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

1.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the product is received by Orvone.

Example: If a customer places an order for an item from a third-party seller or brand, Orvone will first receive or collect the product. The processing period begins only after the product is in Orvone’s possession. The shipment will then be prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–3 business days.

1.4 Customs and Delays

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and clearance procedures, which may cause delays. Additional delays may occur due to:

  • Airline or transportation disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays or government regulations

Such delays are beyond Orvone’s control.

1.5 Liability

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier service, Orvone shall not be responsible for:

  • Delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe
  • Customs-related delays or border clearance issues
  • Loss, damage, or mishandling during transit

1.6 Duties and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country.

1.7 Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Customers may track shipments through the respective courier’s official tracking system.


2 Local Shipping (Within Pakistan)

2.1 Courier Services

For deliveries within Pakistan, Orvone uses reliable courier services such as Leopards Courier, TCS, and other domestic logistics providers.

Local delivery services include purchasing items from one city and delivering them to another within Pakistan.

2.2 Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time for local shipments is 1–4 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • City and location
  • Courier availability
  • Operational conditions

2.3 Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after the product is received by Orvone.

Once the product is collected or received from the seller, it will be prepared and handed over to the courier service within the stated processing time.

2.4 Delays

Delays may occur due to traffic and logistical conditions, weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operational issues. Such delays are outside the control of Orvone.

2.5 Liability

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier service, Orvone shall not be responsible for:

3 Customer Responsibilities

  • Being available to receive deliveries
