Cancellation Policy

Pre-Confirmation: Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are confirmed and execution has officially begun.
In-Execution: Once service execution starts (e.g., an agent has been dispatched, or an instructor has prepared for a session), cancellation may no longer be possible.
Incurred Costs: If cancellation is permitted after some work has started, any documented costs incurred (e.g., travel expenses, materials purchased) will be deducted from the refund amount.
