  • Third-Party Delays: Delays caused by third parties, including but not limited to shipping carriers (DHL, FedEx) or customs authorities, are not grounds for a refund.
  • Legal Compliance: Applicable consumer protection laws in Pakistan and the United States will be strictly followed where required.
