Delete your Orvone account

You can delete your Orvone account at any time. Below are the two ways to do it, what gets removed, and what we're legally required to keep.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

The fastest way. Three taps, no email back-and-forth.

  1. Open the Orvone app and sign in.
  2. Tap Profile (bottom-right tab).
  3. Tap Security & Privacy, then Delete account.
  4. Confirm with your password or biometric, then tap Delete account permanently.

You'll receive a confirmation email at the address on the account once deletion has been queued.

Option 2 — Email us if you can't sign in

If you've lost access to the account or your device, email us from the address registered on the account.

Include in the message

  • Your full name as registered on the account
  • The phone number on the account (if you remember it)
  • A short confirmation: "I want to permanently delete my Orvone account."

We verify the request matches the account on file, then process the deletion within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's complete.

What gets deleted

What we're required to keep

Some records are retained after account deletion to meet legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations. These records are kept in a restricted, access-controlled archive and are not used to re-identify you for service purposes.
