Online Pakistani tailoring for the diaspora

Bespoke shalwar kameez, suits, and bridal wear stitched by Lahore's master tailors and shipped to your overseas address.

Orvone's online tailoring service pairs you with a master tailor in Anarkali or Liberty — the veteran stitchers who have made bridal lehengas, three-piece suits, and everyday shalwar kameez for Pakistani families for thirty years. You send measurements once, pick the fabric, and we manage the rest: photos at every stage, a fitting iteration if needed, and shipping to your overseas address.

Diaspora customers in the US, UK, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia choose Orvone tailoring because off-the-rack Pakistani brands rarely fit their measurements after years abroad — sleeve length, kameez length, and ghera (flare) are personal to each wearer. A bespoke order, stitched in Pakistan, shipped to your door, is both cheaper than equivalent diaspora tailoring and far closer to the silhouette you grew up wearing.

How online Pakistani tailoring with Orvone works

Step one: take your measurements. We email a measurement guide with 14 numbers (chest, waist, hip, kameez length, sleeve, shoulder, etc.) or pair you with a video consultation if you want a master tailor to walk you through the process. We store your measurements against your account so subsequent orders skip this step.

Step two: pick your fabric. Browse a curated library of cotton lawn, khaddar, embroidered, silk, chiffon and wool blends from Pakistan's top mills. Or send us your own fabric — we'll photograph what arrives and confirm before cutting.

Step three: confirm the design. Send a reference photo, a Pinterest link, or describe what you want. Our designer sketches the cut; you approve before stitching.

Step four: stitching & QC. Master tailor stitches over 10-21 days (longer for bridal). We photograph the half-stitched piece for a fit check; alterations happen before final stitching. QC at our warehouse before dispatch.

Step five: ship. DHL or FedEx to any overseas address in 4-9 business days depending on country. Tracking shared on dispatch.

Frequently asked

How long does online Pakistani tailoring take with Orvone? +

Everyday shalwar kameez: 10-14 days plus shipping (4-9 days depending on country). Three-piece suits and sherwanis: 14-21 days. Bridal lehengas and heavy embroidery: 30-45 days. We share photos at every milestone.

Can Orvone tailor for non-Pakistani measurements (UK, US sizing)? +

Yes. Our master tailors work from your numerical measurements, not a Pakistani size chart. Customers from the UK, US, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia send us measurements taken at home (we provide a guide) or at a local tailor.

What if the tailored piece doesn't fit when it arrives? +

We include a fit-check iteration at no extra cost for first-time customers — wear the half-stitched piece on video, mark adjustments, and we re-cut before final stitching. If a finished piece needs alteration, ship it back at our cost for re-work.

Can I send my own fabric for tailoring? +

Yes. Ship fabric to our Lahore office (we share the address on order confirmation) and the master tailor will use it. Particularly common for bridal pieces or fabric inherited from family.

Does Orvone tailor bridal lehengas with heavy embroidery? +

Yes. We work with master tailors in Anarkali and Liberty who specialise in dabka, zardozi, gota, and naqshi embroidery. Bridal pieces typically take 30-45 days; we share photos and short videos at every milestone.

How much does online Pakistani tailoring cost? +

An everyday cotton shalwar kameez starts around USD 35-50 stitched (fabric extra if you don't send your own). Three-piece suits: USD 80-120. Bridal lehengas with embroidery: USD 400-1500 depending on work density. Shipping is quoted separately based on weight and destination.
