How a typical errand request flows

1. You describe the task. Short voice note or text message. "Pay K-Electric bill for house at this address, here's the latest bill image." That's enough.
2. We quote it. Most errand quotes come back within an hour. Cost = amount being paid/delivered + small service fee.
3. You confirm + send payment. Wire, card, or local-currency transfer. We don't move until paid.
4. Agent executes. Same-day in major cities. Photo of the paid receipt / delivered groceries / completed task is shared with you.
5. Done. No ongoing relationship to manage. Next task is a fresh request.

What makes this different from "asking a cousin"

• No social debt. Asking a relative means owing a favour back, eventually. With Orvone, you pay and the relationship is closed.
• Same-day completion. Family members are busy with their own lives. A field agent's job is your task today.
• Proof. A receipt photo, a short video of the delivery, a written summary. Cousin updates are vibes; agent updates are evidence.

What we don't do

Worth being upfront about:

• Anything requiring you to be physically present. Biometric NADRA, identity-card collection by the holder, court appearances.
• Anything illegal. Document forgery, bribery, evading customs.
• Open-ended legal disputes. We can deliver documents to a lawyer but we don't replace your lawyer.
• Anything that requires power of attorney we don't have. If a task needs your signed authorisation, we'll tell you what document is needed before starting.
